Behind the Scenes - Christopher Lee Portrait

Christopher Lee Portrait by Christopher King

Following up on my Vincent Price portrait and Hammer Horror theme, I thought you might like to see my illustration of Christopher Lee. The best Dracula and a figure synonymous with horror movies and many, many late nights, sat in the dark glued to the TV.

A print of the finished illustration is available via my Society 6 Shop.

Using the buttons below you can either press Play and watch the image come alive before your very eyes or cycle through them at your leisure. Below the images are notes on each stage. All comments and questions welcome!

I’m not sure if I would agree that he was the best Dracula, but he’s in my top three. I like the picture though. I like the player as well it’s a very handy gizmo and presents the pictures very well. It doesn’t seem to hog resources either or slow the page load down.
